Coral CRM is a comprehensive Lead Management System developed specifically for BoardPAC Private Limited. This system was designed to streamline the management of web inquiries received through the company’s website.

The Challenge

Previously, website leads were received via email, requiring the marketing department to manually categorize each lead and assign it to the respective sales teams across different regions. This process relied heavily on Excel spreadsheets, which proved to be inefficient and time-consuming.

The Solution

To address these challenges, Coral CRM was developed with automated lead categorization capabilities. The system efficiently sorts incoming leads by region and allows the corresponding sales teams to update the status of each lead directly within the CRM platform.
